Tunisian Food Workshop

Hagit Stern worked at a senior position in high-tech in the past but has always loved baking. She decided to follow her love and study baking. First, she studied at Estella in Givat Shmuel and then in France at Perpignan.

Keeping to her studies in France and the strict attention to raw materials, some of the ingredients Hagit works with, such as butter and chocolate, are specially imported from France and Belgium.

Today, her passion and professionalism are applied at Brioche Nahariya, where she provides catering, workshops, and more!
